Detection of the initial installation circuit

1. visual inspection

(1) Check the device

See whether the installation of components meet the specifications, whether there is loose, whether the damage to components. After the end of the inspection of the various components of the reset, such as air switch, leakage protector, switches, etc. in the open state.

Three do not want: not anti-ring, do not pressure insulation, do not reveal the copper is too long, the connection should be tightened.

(2) Check the line control wiring diagram

See whether the wire alignment is correct, whether the installation is standardized, the inside of the slot, the socket is still in accordance with the left zero right fire rules; check the wire and the device connection is standardized, solid, so that "three do not want."

2. Multimeter static detection

(1) Multimeter ready before use

 

  ① In order to improve the accuracy of the test and to ensure the safety of the measured object, you must correctly select the appropriate range file. General resistance, the requirements of the pointer in the full scale of 20% -80% range, so that the test accuracy to meet the requirements.

② After selecting the range, the measurement should be zero. That is, the two tables directly touch (short circuit), adjust the dial - the following zero-ohm adjuster so that the pointer correctly at 0 Euro.

③ Measurement of a larger resistance, the hand can not touch the measured resistance at both ends, otherwise, the human body resistance will be measured in parallel with the measured, so that the measurement results are not correct, the test value will be greatly reduced. In addition, to measure the resistance on the circuit, the circuit should be cut off the power, or not only the measurement results are not accurate (quite an external - a voltage), but also make high current through the microan meter head, the head burned.

Do not use the range switch on the ohm file. In order to protect the micro-meter head, so as not to start the next test when accidentally burn the table head. After the measurement is completed, it should be noted that the range switch dial DC voltage or AC voltage in the maximum range position, do not put on the ohm file, to prevent two tables - short circuit, the internal dry battery all depleted.

(2) Measured short circuit

① The multimeter placed in the R × 10 resistance file, ohm zero.

② The red and black pen will be placed on the line of fire and zero line into the line, in turn the leakage protector, air switch placed in a closed state, read the resistance value should be infinite or hundreds of ohms (incandescent non-working state Resistance value), if the resistance value is almost zero at this time, the circuit may be short-circuit, need to troubleshoot; switch any switch, the resistance should also be between infinity and hundreds of ohm value switch. (3) Measured open road

① The multimeter placed in the R × 1 resistance file, ohm zero.

② Will be a multimeter table pen placed in the line into the line of fire, and the other placed in the outlet of the FireWire end, in turn the leakage protector, socket line air switch placed in a closed state, read the resistance value should be equal to zero. If the measured resistance is large, there may be a bad contact somewhere, need to troubleshoot; if the resistance is infinite, it may be a fault, need to troubleshoot.

③ Will be a multimeter table pen placed in the line of fire into the line, the other placed in the lamp holder of the fire end, in turn the leakage protector, the lighting circuit of the air switch placed in a closed state, read the resistance value should be equal to zero or infinity , Press any switch, the resistance value should be zero or infinity switch between. If the measured resistance is large, there may be a bad contact at the line of fire, need to troubleshoot; if no matter what the state of the switch, the resistance is infinite, it may be a fault, need to troubleshoot.

④ Will be a multimeter table pen placed in the zero line into the line side, the other set at the zero end of the socket, the leakage protector placed in a closed state, read the resistance value should be equal to zero. If the measured resistance is large, there may be a bad line somewhere bad, need to troubleshoot; if the resistance is infinite, it may be a fault, need to troubleshoot.

⑤ Will be a multimeter table pen placed in the zero line into the line side, the other set in the lampholder of the zero line, the leakage protector placed in a closed state, read the resistance value should be equal to zero. If the measured resistance is large, there may be a bad line somewhere bad, need to troubleshoot; if the resistance is infinite, it may be a fault, need to troubleshoot.

⑥ Will be a multimeter table pen placed in the ground into the line side, the other placed in the socket to the ground side, read the resistance value should be equal to zero. If the measured resistance is large, there may be a bad ground contact, need to troubleshoot; if the resistance is infinite, it may be ground fault, need to troubleshoot.

(4) Measured leakage

① The multimeter placed in the R × 10 resistance file, ohm zero.

② Will be a multimeter red and black pen placed in the line of fire or zero line into the line, one placed in the ground into the line, regardless of leakage protection, air switch and switch placed in what state, the resistance should be For infinity. Otherwise, it is likely to have leakage failure, need to troubleshoot.
