At present, the development of iot faces two problems -- comprehensive coverage and big data. Full coverage of the Internet of things is still a process. The problem with big data is that operators are spreading the net and playing more the role of integrators. Some enterprises do not want to leave the data to operators, they want to operate the data by themselves, or set up their own service system. Now there are many models for enterprises to do the data, which is a business model problem that needs to be solved step by step.

2. In the development process of smart street lighting, what are the first three demands that customers can easily pay for?
Zhu zheng: for the smart street lighting system, we will do the demand research together with the urban management bureau to analyze the needs of the owners. The demand of owners is very large, which ranks in the top three. The first one is to solve the headache faced by owners in the management process -- the application of intelligent urban management. For example, the red line management system can manage the on-site stallholders, including the management of over-site operation and the supervision of health conditions. Intelligent monitoring and advance warning are very advantageous demands.
The second is the need for law enforcement. Law enforcement is based on digital urban management and various intelligent applications in the system platform. Lighting is just one of them. Smart law enforcement is only one of the steps to assist the owner in completing the business process.
The third is the smart street lighting system can bring real benefits to the owners. For example, the parking system based on intelligent street lighting system can be operated. Of course, the operation will be profitable and will be welcomed by the owners.
Iii. Is there any other mature operation mode besides PPP mode based on intelligent street lighting?
Zhu zheng: at present, we are also discussing the PPP operation mode. The enterprise and the government cooperate to set up a joint venture company, take the city's smart street lamp 10 or 20 years of operation authority, and then load various intelligent applications in stages, each application has its value, some have the value of operation, some have the value of management. If the government wants to improve the management of cities and load some smart applications, it has to pay for such applications and buy corresponding services.
The other is an operational, intelligent application system that will be paid for by future users. We are still in the trial stage of this business model. We have only reached the first half of the business model, and we are not able to guarantee the return of the business model.
The model that we are doing is more EPC model, and I think that model can be implemented everywhere.
What are the requirements for intelligent lighting?

A lot of people talk about the need to save power on the terminal, and the smart industry manufacturers I've met disagree. If a small area has 20 thousand terminal all use battery to spread, general commercial battery can last two or three years very good, the project amount that changes battery after 2 years is very big, be more tired than putting 20 thousand new terminal probably. So it really depends on your scene, not that low power consumption is useless, low power consumption depends on where it is used, every technology has a reason to exist, the scene used is different.
5. What should lighting enterprises and IT enterprises pay attention to during the process of promoting smart city construction?
Zhu zheng: smart city is a big topic, and we are just making some attempts on software to expand intelligent applications. For lighting enterprises, they actually pay more attention to the perception level of smart city, which is the most basic level of smart city. Lighting enterprises can not only think about problems from the product itself, but also consider whether the perceived quality of equipment, equipment diversification, and future user needs can be combined together. Can the perceived data effectively solve the user's needs? Then adjust the lighting product development strategy and direction.
Peng xiao: I'd like to ask more about what IT companies should do when dealing with lighting companies. I found that the topic of intelligent lighting was more proposed by IT enterprises. So I really want to know what the lighting companies think about IT companies? They are confused and want to embrace the market. The future is a smart society, and the big direction is certainly right. In recent years, I have seen more and more lighting companies embracing the smart city market.
Lighting enterprises focus more on the understanding of lights, from the perspective of users to IT enterprises demand. In turn, IT companies are forced to market and de-product.
At present, the main suppliers of smart lighting system solutions are the control manufacturers, and some large lighting companies develop their own control systems. No matter which way, cross-border integration is the trend. The cross-border combination of IT enterprises and lighting enterprises brings more new technologies and new solutions to smart lighting and creates more value applications. It is also important to include system integrators and construction contractors. To implement the new scheme, the original weak current integration skills need to be constantly updated, which is a process that needs to be cultivated.
