When installing a three-proof light, you need to follow the following steps:
1. Choose a suitable installation location: consider the application and lighting needs, ensure that it is far away from flammable and explosive materials, and avoid blocking or interfering with the lighting effect
2. Fix the mounting bracket: Use suitable screws and tools to fix the mounting bracket on the wall or ceiling, making sure the bracket is flat and stable.
3. Connect the power cord: disconnect the power supply and select the appropriate power cord connection method to ensure the stability and insulation effect of the connector.
4. Fix the three-proof lamp: Match the base of the three-proof lamp with the mounting bracket, insert the base buckle hole, and ensure that the lamp and the bracket are firmly connected.
5. Close the shell: Make sure the shell is firmly covered to prevent the lamp from being damp and water.
The following things need to be paid attention to during the installation process:

2. When transporting, the lamps and lanterns are packed in the equipped carton, and the foam shock absorption is installed and there is a fragile product logo.
3. Before replacing the light source and disassembling the lamp, the power supply must be cut off, and it is strictly forbidden to turn on the lamp with electricity.
4. Correct wiring: the red wire is connected to the live wire L, the black wire is connected to the zero line N, and when installing the lamps, the lamps should be safely grounded nearby.
After the installation is completed, the following inspection and maintenance need to be carried out:
1. Ensure that the lamps are firmly fixed and the fastening bolts cannot be replaced arbitrarily
2. Check the sealing condition of the cable inlet to ensure that the cable fits tightly with the sealing gasket.
3. The redundant inlet port is blocked according to the explosion-proof type.
