1, Basic luminous principle of LED linear lamp

The luminous principle of LED linear lamps is based on the electroluminescent effect of LEDs (light-emitting diodes). LED is a solid-state semiconductor device that can directly convert electrical energy into light energy. The core component is a semiconductor chip, which is composed of p-type and n-type semiconductors, forming a "PN junction" at their junction. When current passes through the PN junction, electrons are pushed from the n region to the p region and recombine with holes in the p region, releasing energy that radiates out in the form of photons, thereby generating illumination.

2, The main luminous technology of LED linear lights

Direct luminescence technology

Direct light emission technology is the most basic and common way for LED linear lights to emit light. In this technology, LED chips directly emit light, which is focused or diffused through lenses or optical systems to achieve the desired lighting effect. Direct luminescence technology has the advantages of uniform light, high brightness, and rich colors, and is widely used in commercial lighting, home lighting, and other fields.

Side emission technology

Side emission technology is an innovative linear LED light emitting method. In this technology, the light emitted by the LED chip is not directly emitted forward, but is emitted along the side or edge of the LED chip. This design allows the light to be more evenly distributed along the length of the LED linear lamp, thereby avoiding the uneven light or shadow problems that may occur in traditional direct lighting technology. Side illumination technology is commonly used in situations that require uniform lighting, such as offices, conference rooms, etc.

Surface Mount Technology (SMT)

Surface mount technology is an important process in the manufacturing of LED linear lamps, which directly affects the luminous efficiency and stability of LED lamps. In SMT technology, LED chips and other electronic components are directly mounted on circuit boards and connected together through precise soldering processes. This technology not only improves the production efficiency of LED linear lamps, but also makes the lamps more compact and lightweight, while improving the heat dissipation performance of the lamps, thereby extending the service life of LEDs.

Quantum dot luminescence technology

Quantum dot luminescence technology is a breakthrough technology in the field of LED lighting in recent years. Quantum dots are nanoscale semiconductor materials with unique optical and electrical properties. In LED linear lamps, quantum dots can serve as the light-emitting layer. By adjusting the size and composition of quantum dots, the wavelength and color of the light emitted by the LED can be precisely controlled. Quantum dot luminescence technology enables LED linear lamps to emit more pure and rich colors, while improving the luminous efficiency and stability of the lamps.

Intelligent dimming technology

Intelligent dimming technology is a major innovation in lighting control for LED linear lights. Through built-in sensors, controllers, or intelligent apps, LED linear lights can achieve automatic brightness adjustment, color temperature switching, and dynamic effect generation. Intelligent dimming technology not only improves the flexibility and personalization of lighting effects, but also realizes intelligent energy management, reducing energy consumption and operating costs.
