- Isolate the power, check polarity with a tester or multimeter, and correct any reversed neutral/live connections.
- Inspect the LED modules for blackening or breakage and replace damaged sections.
- If the problem points to circuit design, replace the fixture with one that has proper isolation.
- Measure the supply voltage; if swings are large, a stabiliser can reduce residual effects.
