We are currently preparing a shipment of 1,000 emergency bulkhead light units for a customer in Dubai. It took several rounds of sampling before everything was finally approved. The client is extremely strict about quality, especially for products used in emergency situations, where reliability really matters. The goods are scheduled to ship this weekend.

This model uses a die-cast aluminum housing with a high-transparency PC diffuser. Compared with ordinary plastic fittings, the whole fixture feels much stronger and more solid. For outdoor bulkhead light applications in hot environments like Dubai, good heat dissipation and weather resistance are very important. Nobody wants lighting that turns yellow or cracks after a short time outdoors.
Most emergency lights are installed in places people barely notice every day - parking garages, factory corridors, stairwells, warehouses, or building escape routes. But once a power failure happens, an industrial bulkhead light becomes one of the most important fixtures in the building. It has to switch into emergency mode immediately and provide enough visibility for people to move safely.
The customer paid special attention to battery backup, waterproof performance, and emergency switching tests. In the end, they selected a classic round led bulkhead design, which is still very popular in Middle East industrial projects because it's practical, durable, and easy to maintain.
