According to incomplete statistics from China Lighting Network, a total of 12 (bid amount of more than 1 million yuan) smart street light projects were implemented in April, with a total bid amount of about 283.476 million yuan; mainly distributed in Fujian, Shaanxi, Heilongjiang, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu and other regions. According to the data, Jiangsu Province had the most smart street light projects in April, accounting for 41.6% of the total; followed by Shanghai and Zhejiang Province, with 2 projects each, accounting for 16.6% each. In terms of the bid amount, Shaanxi Province's total bid amount was 118.5124 million yuan, ranking first; Jiangsu Province ranked second with a total bid amount of 78.6006 million yuan; Shanghai ranked third with a total bid amount of 73.2446 million yuan.
It is understood that there are still 11 projects under bidding, with a total amount of about 378.4313 million yuan. Among the bidding projects, at least three projects have an amount of more than 30 million yuan, namely, the budget amount of "Qufu Smart Street Light Upgrade and Reconstruction Energy Trusteeship Service Project" is 165 million yuan, the budget amount of "Qianxian Smart Street Light Construction Project" is 49.3 million yuan, and the budget amount of "Sanlongwan Nanhai District Smart Transportation Construction Project-Sanshan Avenue, Changjiang Road and Huandao South Road Project" is 36.6379 million yuan. In addition, there are 8 government intention projects, involving an amount of 341.8417 million yuan, mainly distributed in 6 regions including Henan, Jiangxi, Shandong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Guangdong. Among them, the pre-investment amount of three projects is more than 30 million yuan, namely "Luyi County Urban Management Bureau Luyi County Smart Street Light Project", "Longgang City New Town Industrial Cluster Comprehensive Pole and Electric Police Equipment Procurement Project", and "Guangdong Province Dongguan City Water Town Economic Zone Wangniudun District New Energy Industrial Park Supporting Infrastructure Project-Smart Light Pole Project". Among them, the budget of "Luyi County Smart Street Light Project of Luyi County Urban Management Bureau" is the highest at 154.6701 million yuan. The project involves the quality improvement of more than 1,000 roads in Luyi urban area.
From the above data, the smart street light market is mainly concentrated in economically developed regions such as East China and South China, among which Jiangsu, Shanghai and Zhejiang have the most smart street light procurement projects. In addition, it is understood that Shenzhen plans to build more than 45,000 smart light poles by 2025; Guangzhou plans to build 80,000 smart light poles by 2025; Henan Province proposes to promote the application of multifunctional smart light poles to improve resource utilization, and by 2025, the number of 5G base stations will reach 200,000 and the penetration rate of 5G users will reach 60%; these are all points worthy of our attention.
