      In industrial parks, LED street lighting needs to be stable, energy-efficient, and easy to manage-not just "bright enough." After more than ten years in foreign trade and many projects across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, I've seen the full process from design to final acceptance. Here's a practical overview based on real experience.

      Design starts with illuminance calculation, not just wattage. Main roads usually need 15–20 lux with uniformity above 0.4; secondary roads can use 10–15 lux. Pole height is typically 8–12 m, with spacing about 3–3.5 times the height. Too dense wastes money; too sparse creates dark zones that affect safety.

      Fixtures must handle dust, oil, and occasional corrosive gases, so IP65 or preferably IP66 is essential. High-efficacy LEDs (150–180 lm/W) and 4000–5000 K color temperature work well. Drivers need over-voltage, over-current, and surge protection because industrial power can fluctuate. Die-cast aluminum housings with powder coating offer better heat dissipation and corrosion resistance than cheaper alternatives.

      Smart control is now almost standard. Remote monitoring via GPRS, LoRa, or PLC lets you check status, energy use, and faults. Motion sensing-full brightness only when needed-can cut electricity costs by 30–40 %, as we've seen in several projects.

      After design, we produce complete samples for client testing (illuminance, waterproofing, aging). Only after approval do we move to bulk production with 100 % aging tests. Poles require proper hot-dip galvanizing to avoid early corrosion in humid or coastal sites.

      Logistics and customs matter a lot. Poles are usually shipped in sections. Solid packaging and complete documents (certificate of origin, inspection reports, etc.) prevent delays and damage claims.

      On-site installation quality decides long-term costs. Foundations and wiring waterproofing must be done carefully. After installation, a full-night check confirms illuminance and uniformity. Routine cleaning every 6–12 months and basic spare parts keep downtime low.

      In short, industrial park LED street lighting is a complete system-design, selection, smart control, installation, and maintenance. A solid plan saves money and headaches later.
