The project site sits in Xucun town, Haining city, and the works must be completed before October 31, 2026. Bidders need a grade-three or higher qualification in urban and road lighting engineering, and their project manager must hold a grade-two registered builder certificate in electromechanical installation with a valid safety certificate. Tender documents are obtained through the Haining small-works electronic tendering platform, with registration open from August 24 to September 4.
What makes a sports court lighting job different from ordinary street lighting is the photometric requirement. Court lighting must deliver high, uniform illuminance across the playing surface, minimize glare to players and neighbors, and often support a reasonable color rendering so the space works for both casual play and organized activity.
