1. Introduction to LED ceiling lamps

    LED ceiling lamps are a type of lamp that uses LED as a light source. They are installed inside the room. Since the upper part of the LED ceiling lamp is relatively flat and installed close to the roof, it is like being adsorbed on the roof, so it is called an LED ceiling lamp.

LED ceiling lamps have the characteristics of high light efficiency, low power consumption, long life, easy control, maintenance-free, safe and environmentally friendly. Generally, LED ceiling lamps with a diameter of about 200mm are suitable for use in corridors and bathrooms. LED ceiling lamps with a diameter of 400mm are preferably installed on the top of a room of not less than 16m2. LED light sources can dim and adjust the color of LED ceiling lamps through the built-in controller of the microcomputer. The light color is soft, gorgeous, colorful, low loss, low energy consumption, and green and environmentally friendly. LED ceiling lamps are lighting fixtures that are adsorbed or embedded on the roof ceiling. They are the main lighting equipment in the room and are commonly used in various places such as homes, offices, and entertainment venues.
    The most commonly used LED ceiling lamps are 12W, 18W, 24W, 30W, 36W, 40W, 48W, 54W, 64W, 72W, 84W, 108W, etc.

To identify whether the LED ceiling lamp has flicker, you can use the mobile phone camera function to observe the light with the mobile phone camera. This method can only roughly detect whether the LED light flickers, but cannot determine the flicker frequency. Generally, the more obvious the image ripples, the smaller the flicker frequency, and the more severe the flicker.

    At present, monochrome LED ceiling lamps use SMD5730 (0.5W) or SMD5630 (0.5W) as light sources, all of which are carried out in the manner of string number = power supply power ÷ 1, parallel number is 2, and the current size is 270mA.

At present, the aluminum substrate of LED ceiling lamps has a two-color lamp board. The dual-color light board consists of two color temperature lamps. With the dimming and color temperature adjusting power supply, the brightness and color temperature can be adjusted. The LED ceiling light boards that replace the traditional H lamp tubes are 310×15mm2 (6W), 410×15mm2 (6W, 8W), 520×15mm2 (8W, 9W), 534×19mm2 (9W, dual color). The power of the LED dimming and color temperature adjustment ceiling lamp is 8W, 12W, 16W, 18W, 24W, 36W, 48W, 64W, 72W, etc. At present, the LED ceiling light board also has 2.4G stepless dimming and color temperature adjustment (dual color) plus colorful light source (RGB).

3. Introduction to LED ceiling power supply

    LED ceiling light power supply is 2.4G remote control dimming and color adjustment (switch segment dimming, remote control dimming and color temperature adjustment), with built-in open circuit protection, short circuit protection, overload protection and over-temperature protection remote control split line remote control function, with built-in night light function. 2.4G high-frequency wireless remote control has the characteristics of low power consumption, long transmission distance, strong anti-interference ability, and high air communication rate.

LED ceiling light 2.4G remote control dimming and color adjustment power supply is divided into single-channel and dual-channel, and its power is 18-28W, 28-36W, 40-54W, 60-84W, etc. It can achieve stepless dimming from 0.1% to 100%, smooth dimming, no light shaking (stepless dimming). The light is from warm light, natural light, white light, and the color temperature is freely adjusted from 2700K to 6500K (stepless color adjustment), as shown in the figure below.

    The number of strings for a single-channel LED ceiling lamp 2.4G remote control dimming and color adjustment power supply is the power supply power divided by 1, one channel three-wire output, and its current is about 135mA. For example, a 36W single-channel LED ceiling lamp has 36 strings, two parallels for each color temperature, and one channel three-wire output (one 3P terminal line, with a common positive pole in the middle).

    The number of strings for a dual-channel LED ceiling lamp 2.4G remote control dimming and color adjustment power supply is the power supply power divided by 2, two channels three-wire output, and its current is about 270mA. For example, an 84W dual-channel LED ceiling lamp has 42 strings, two parallels for each color temperature, and a total of two channels three-wire output (two 3P terminal lines, with a common positive pole in the middle).
